About Lion Eye Music featuring Becky Bass

Caribbean Jazz, Reggae and popular music done by expert musicians with standout vocals and harmonies, Lion Eye Music feat. Becky Bass will transport your soul to the tropical, lush Caribbean island.

Becky Bass is a renowned vocalist, steel pan artist & actor from St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. A two-time New England Urban Music Award winner, Becky’s beautifully talented voice and amazing Steel drum facility began with her famous father's guidance from the early age of two.

Lon E. Plynton is a Multi-instrumentalist, Composer, Recording Artist, Producer, Promoter, Entertainer, Business Owner and Educator.

He teaches music at School One and the Office of Community Youth and Learning in Cumberland. He has been Music Directing and performing with Rites and Reason Theater at Brown University since 1997. A member of RISCA's teaching artists education roster, he is known internationally for his work as bandleader of the Mystic Jammers.

They are joined by Peter Breen, a veteran bass player and vocalist. His interest in Caribbean music began early backing up the popular Jamaican artist Wilson Blue, and an extended stay on the island of St Maarten. He currently appears with the Professor Roots band and the Amy Winehouse project.
